New moons are a time to plant seeds for the next cycle. Together, we gather to set intentions, honor our growth, and plant the dreams we want to bring to fruition in the coming lunar cycle.
Under the energy of the new moon, we create a sacred container of non-judgment, unconditional love, and acceptance, supporting each other in deepening our connection to self and spirit.
What to Expect:
🌙 Ritual Smoke Cleansing & Invocations: Clear away any stagnant energy to create space for fresh beginnings.
🌙 Co-create a Sacred Altar: Contribute a meaningful item to represent your intentions for the new cycle.
🌙 Safe Space Agreements: A reminder of the sacred space we share, free from judgment.
🌙 Introductions: A chance to introduce yourself to the circle and share your intentions.
🌙 Guided Meditation & Visualization: Connect with your heart’s deepest desires and visions for the future.
🌙 Reflective Writing & Group Sharing: Explore the insights that arise and share them in a supportive, nurturing space.
🌙 Setting Intentions / Dream Seeding: Declare your intentions for the coming cycle, planting seeds for manifestation.
🌙 Closing Proclamations: Affirmations to strengthen the energy of your intentions.
What to Bring:
A notebook, pen, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported in the circle. Self-serve herbal tea is available to nourish your body and spirit.
$33 energy exchange per person.
About Your Facilitator:
Debbie Carlson-Gould is the spiritual mentor and circle facilitator at Zen Heart Center. With years of experience guiding women through deep transformative journeys, Debbie brings a compassionate, intuitive, and grounded presence to her circles. She creates a safe, nurturing environment for self-exploration, healing, and empowerment.

In order to ensure a full and vibrant circle, we require a minimum of four participants for each gathering. If the minimum is not met, the circle may be rescheduled or canceled, and registrants will be notified promptly.
