Join me for a 90-minute guided workshop designed to help you feel more open, mobile, and at ease in your body. We’ll explore the body’s myofascia—a web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles. Over time, stress, movement patterns, and daily life can cause this tissue to become tight or restricted, leading to stiffness, soreness, or limited mobility.
In this workshop, we’ll use soft, rubber balls to gently release tension, improve circulation, and support recovery. This practice is perfect for all bodies—especially if you’re feeling stiff, sore, or just want to move and feel better.
