Join us as we gather in sisterhood to honor the wisdom of our collective journeys, and create space for the good life!
What to Expect:
~Ritual Smoke Cleansing & Invocations: Clear away any stagnant energy and make space for healing and release.
~Co-create a Sacred Altar: Bring an item to symbolize your release and transformation.
~Safe Space Agreements: We honor each other with open hearts and compassion.
~Introductions: Share your intentions for release and renewal in a supportive environment.
~Guided Meditation & Visualization: Deepen into the energy of the full moon and explore what needs to be released.
~Reflective Writing & Group Sharing: Reflect on the lessons and growth, and share your insights.
~Fire Release Ritual: Symbolically burn away what no longer serves you, releasing it into the fire’s transformative energy.
~Closing Proclamations: Affirmations for your next steps on your journey.
$33 energy exchange per person
What to Bring:
A notebook, pen, and anything that helps you feel grounded and supported. Self-serve herbal tea will be provided for nourishment.
About Your Facilitator:
Debbie Carlson-Gould is the spiritual mentor and circle facilitator at Zen Heart Center. With years of experience guiding women through deep transformative journeys, Debbie brings a compassionate, intuitive, and grounded presence to her circles. She creates a safe, nurturing environment for self-exploration, healing, and empowerment.
