NAAAP Boston's Pride Committee is back with the city’s premier Queer AAPI Prom! Join us at Stage Karaoke in Allston for a night of singing, dancing, and fashion. Featuring special guest, drag king Jayden Jamison (@thegoldendragking). Allies are welcome, 21+ only. Limited free drink tickets will be given on a first-come basis. Food will be available for purchase, as well as themed mocktails!

ACTIVITIES

Prom Royal Court: Enter our fashion contest to join the ranks of our royal court! Contestants should be ready to report to the runway at 8 PM.

Giveaways: All attendees will have a free chance to win exciting prizes in a raffle!

DIY Friendship bracelets: Build community with our cute bracelet-making supplies!

Dress code: Wear what makes your heart happy! Cultural attire is welcome.

SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY

Privacy: Don’t want your photo taken? We have discreet stickers for you to use and opt out.

Sensory needs: A sensory-friendly room will be available throughout the night. Enjoy this quiet space with ear plugs, fidget toys, and more.

Physical accessibility: There is one step to enter the building from the street-level entrance. Alternatively, use the accessible entrance next door in the Happy Lamb Hot Pot restaurant to gain access to Stage Karaoke. Then, an elevator is available to enter the venue located on the first floor. You can choose to walk up two flights of stairs instead. There is also a ramp to get onto the performance stage in the venue.

The NAAAP Boston Pride Committee exists at the intersections of Asian and queer identities.
