Move Your Mind is for anyone who loves to move and is curious to try something new. This experience includes: short guided reflection through writing, loosely structured movement to music and a closing free-form dance session with a DJ set.
The event facilitators, Quincy (DJ AA) and Tegan, LICSW, aim to build community through the intersection of music, movement, and reflection. Tegan is a licensed clinical social worker trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. Quincy is a software engineer and avid music lover with a talent for crafting danceable soundscapes. Together, they will create a space to move with intention and reflect with curiosity through music, dance, and grounded self-inquiry.
