HWX x PRIDE: Community Flow Yoga at Healthworks Back Bay

Own your power and join us in support as we celebrate Pride Month with movement to the music of LGBTQ+ artists and allies in special classes led by inspiring HWX instructors!

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Taught at a slow pace with 5-8 breaths per pose, this is a physically challenging class, but it will not include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.

Please note that Healthworks is a place for women and non-binary people to focus on themselves and elevate both their physical and inner power in a women centered space. Republic Fitness is an all-gender space.
