Join Healthworks Group on the Rowes Wharf Lawn, Parcel 17 (Atlantic Ave and High Street) for a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility, helping you feel the burn while winding down the day.
We recommend you come with water, a yoga mat and a towel.
