Herb Club - Lovely Lemon Balm

Join us for this friendly meeting where the FNH Herbalists share their knowledge and experience regarding the medicinal benefits of plants. If you have an interest in supporting your health naturally using plant medicine, then why not join us?

This month the FNH herbalists are going to focus on the plant Melissa officinalis, commonly known as Lemon Balm. A plant which is easily grown in the garden, especially given that it is a member of the Mint family, and has a wide range of medicinal qualities which has seen it's use throughout the ages. Come along to find out more, experience, and taste this amazing herb.

Open to everyone. No booking necessary, just turn up on the night. £5 per person entry fee which includes a complimentary hot drink and informative handouts on the evenings topic.
