Herb Club - Beautiful Berries!

Join us for this friendly meeting where the FNH Herbalists share their knowledge and experience regarding the medicinal benefits of plants. If you have an interest in supporting your health naturally using plant medicine, then why not join us?

We eat many types of different berries as part of our diet, but what are the benefits to including these delicious additions to our meals and snacks? Join us for this evenings meeting where the FNH Herbalists delve into the dietary and medicinal benefits of the many berries available to buy from the supermarket or forage from the wild. Tasty!

Open to everyone. No booking necessary, just turn up on the night. £5 per person entry fee which includes a complimentary hot drink and informative handouts on the evenings topic.
