Raised in Miami, Chef Nathalie comes from a legacy of Haitian culinary pioneers. Inspired by her family's passion for food, she launched Gourmet Kreyol in 2021 as a food truck and catering service. Since then, it has flourished—serving high-profile clients like Mayor Wu, the City of Boston, and Dr. Gay, President of Harvard University, while also supporting the Haitian migrant community with culturally relevant meals.

Now, with the opening of this new takeout restaurant, Gourmet Kreyol is bringing the flavors of Haiti to an even wider audience.
