'Being Silly' Clowning Workshop at Boston United Community Day

Join Mishap Theatre and Transported Project Assistant Hannah Peacock for a ‘Being Silly’ comedy and clowning workshop at the Boston United Community Day on 20th July 2025, 11am-4pm, at Jakemans Community Stadium.

There will be interactive games and activities that introduce families to the playful nature of clowning and encourage them to be silly together. Along with access to circus equipment to learn new skills!

Suitable for children 4+ and their families.

The workshop times are:

11:00 – 11:30am
12:00 – 12:30pm
2:00pm – 2:30pm

No need to book, simply drop in!

Circus games and equipment will also be on offer to use all day with no time restrictions! Try your hand at juggling and plate spinning!

The Boston United Community Day is set to be fun day out for all the family, with free entry, a chance to meet the first team and Besu the Bear, with lots of food, football activities, indoor craft market and more.
We excited to be joining lots of local providers and other community organisations to make this a lovely day.
