Workshop Description:
Grief & Praise is a soft space to land a sacred container for anyone holding quiet losses or unspoken farewells.
Together, we’ll honor what’s been missed: loved ones, lost time, versions of self we’ve outgrown or had to leave behind.
Through gentle grounding practices, movement, stillness, sound meditation, and reflective prompts, we will aim to:
• Name our grief without shame
• Recognize it as part of our sacred journey
• Reclaim joy through the act of praise
This FREE community healing session is open to all who are ready to hold space for themselves, each other, and what no longer remains.
