2025 COF Block Party Vendor Registration

A great opportunity to engage with new and returning Colleges of the Fenway students! Join the annual Colleges of the Fenway Block Party on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 4:30-6:30 pm at Emmanuel College Quad (400 Fenway, Boston). Food, music, giveaways, and activities will be provided to students. We expect 2,000 engaged students to be in attendance.

This event offers a fantastic opportunity for local businesses and non-profits to engage with a diverse group of students from the Colleges of the Fenway consortium, which includes over 18,000 undergraduate and graduate students from Emmanuel College, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Massachusetts College of Ph*rm*cy and Health Sciences, Simmons University, and Wentworth Institute of Technology.

• Date and Time: Friday, September 12, 2025, from 4:30-6:30 PM

• Location: from 4:30-6:30 pm at Emmanuel College Quad (400 Fenway, Boston)
• Set-up Time: 3:30-4:30pm

• Rain Date: As this is an outdoor event, in case of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025, from 4:30-6:30 PM

While most are, not all businesses and organizations are a good fit for this event. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the registration or sponsorship of any business or organization, including but not limited to political organizations, religious organizations, advocacy groups, hate groups, businesses with adult-themed products or services, and businesses that promote products or services that are not aligned with campus policies.
