田野好食光 Taste and Talk from the Farm

波克萊商會這次邀請來自台灣的農場經營者郭延鐸親自分享永續耕作、食品安全，帶領大家認識一份食材如何從土地走向餐桌背後的故事。他過去在亞洲很成功的經營過農場，帶著那份經驗與對於熱情，在美國麻州西邊開啟了一個新故事的篇章。

現場也準備了農場用心栽種、製作的當季產品，讓大家透過品嚐感受安心與美味。 同時，這更是一個交流平台，讓會員與來賓彼此連結、交換想法與資源，激盪新的合作機會。 一起在這段美好的時光裡，重新發現「吃」的意義與土地的溫度。
