To all members of the Church of the Larger Fellowship, Unitarian Universalist:

Per Article VII, Sections 1 and 2, of the Church of the Larger Fellowship (CLF) Bylaws, the Annual Meeting will be held via video/telephone conference call and screen sharing on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 6:45PM EDT / 3:45PM PDT.

All those who have access to the Internet or phone are encouraged to join our meeting via Zoom and participate in the discussion.

The two items that we will be voting on at our annual meeting:

• The slate of nominees that the Nominating Committee is putting
forth for our elected officers;
• Proposed bylaws, with a revision of the way the Nominating Committee is described and managed.
