OPEN HOUSE: Senior Life Solutions

Community members are invited to join the Emplify Health by Gundersen Boscobel, Senior Life Solution program for an open house on Tuesday, July 29th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Guests will have the opportunity to tour the program facility, meet program staff and ask questions while enjoying light refreshments.

Gundersen Boscobel program staff include, Program Manager, Amber Stanek, RN, Program Therapist, Heather Simonson, MSE, LPC and Office and Patient Coordinator, Nicolle Kass.

Senior Life Solutions is a program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals typically 65 and older experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes that are often associated with aging. The aim to help older adults in the community navigate difficult life transitions and regain their quality of life.
