Allow Rob to guide you on sacred journey to meet the spirit of your hide and birth forth your own Medicine Drum.
Traditionally the drum has been used for thousands of years and it is now scientifically proven that certain drum beats assist in entering a trance state. Certain tempos create brainwaves to allow one to enter a theta state. This state of trance can connect us to the spirit world to receive visions, guidance, wisdom and healing. It can also connect us to the heartbeat of mother earth where deeper energies can be felt and strengthened. The materials of the drum are made from a variety of animal skins with specific medicine which is shared and the hoop is made of wood that connects us to the tree beings, which are used as vortexes, or entry points, to the three worlds. Birthed together these energies create an ancient shaman tool.
