Join me in Monthly Talk & Meditation Sessions on the last Sunday of every month.

Each session will feature a thought-provoking talk followed by a guided meditation to help you unwind and set a peaceful tone for the week ahead.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned pro, this is your space to recharge and find clarity.
