SUNDAY LONG RUNS PICK EM EDITION

Let's kick off 2025 long distance training by bringing back a classic event! This time its going to have a slight twist to it. In the past every long run had a set distance with a predefined route and an unspoken pace. So a couple of things won't change from week to week, the fun of course, the start time,(don't hold me to that..) and the out and back style of the route. There are so many trails to explore including Crystal Lake, UTT, and even the Btown City Canal path to name a few. There is no reason to nail us down to just one. We will all start together and YOU pick your DISTANCE and your PACE. Out and backs have the added benefit of the sheer impossibility of anyone getting lost and we're all TOGETHER. (that will be a theme this year:) Starting locations will be updated every week after the Wednesday night run. Stay tuned!!! This is gonna be FUN!
