Amies depuis l’enfance, Maia et Salegi forment EIRE, un duo de "bedroom pop" lancé en 2022. Salegi compose, Maia écrit et chante. Après un premier single en 2022 et une tournée en 2023, elles sortent leur EP Zauriren batan bistan fin 2023. En 2024, elles sont récompensées comme meilleure révélation par Euskadi Gaztea.
