POP UP YOGA WITH MELODY 12/6/25

The holiday bring cheer but also can be stressful. Take time for you, mind and body.
Experience Yoga with Meloday on Sat, Dec 6th. This Pop Up Yoga class will be free to all. New to Yoga-Not a problem as Melody will guide you through the moves.
Yoga is offered typically offered at our Y on Monday and Friday mornings. Pop Up classes allow us to offer Saturday activities and give you a taste of the classes offered at our Y.
Classes are always free for Y members and non-members typically pay a $10 pass.
