National Poetry Month Annual Event

This Saturday at 1:00 pm at the Watauga County Public Library: Annual National Poetry Month Event.

Please join us for an afternoon of great poetry, good company, and light refreshments! The Watauga County Public Library's annual National Poetry Event features readings by favorite local and regional poets in a relaxed cafe-style atmosphere. The High Country's inaugural poet laureate, Hilda Downer, will introduce the event. This is an enjoyable afternoon celebrating and connecting with poets and their craft.
