Mindful Monday ~ 10% Happier

Join us for our Mindful Monday program each Monday in October at 7pm where we will be exploring topics garnered on the podcast ‘10% Happier’, based on the best-selling books by Dan Harris. We close each session with a group meditation & community discussion. Hot tea is also available to those attending in-person.
