Willow Weaving Workshop: Hearts & Bird Feeders

Join us for a pay-what-you-can willow weaving experience!

In the morning session, we’ll begin by crafting simple willow hearts—a great way to get comfortable working with willow, explore collar-making techniques, and spark creativity.

In the afternoon, we’ll build on these skills by creating hanging bird feeders taught by Rooted Willow Fife. Using pre-prepared jigs, participants will learn three-rod randing, pairing, and how to integrate the collars learned earlier in the day.

All materials, including soaked and mellowed willow, will be provided. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing, as this session takes place outside.
