Summer mindful movement retreat ……
•Let’s move, breathe and explore, a morning practice of vinyasa yoga and somatic movement practices. Build up a little heat and energy, flow, playful transitions, there will be variations available.
Use of wall and props to work into the body.
•Pranayama (breath work practice) guided meditations and mindfulness based stress reduction practices.
•A delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided on the day, Nibbles and refreshments throughout the day and of course cake.
•We will take a slow walk into the forest spending time in nature to practice forest bathing! Mindfulness in the forest. Drop into awareness and become more present.
•An afternoon of mindful journaling, restorative yoga and yin yoga and deep rest. Nervous system regulation practices. You will be guided throughout the day to explore practices, if you are new to yoga or meditation practice you are welcome to join.
