Mini & Mega Beasts

Ever wondered what it’s like to meet a mega millipede face-to-face? Or maybe you’re more of a caterpillar connoisseur? Either way, you’re in for a wild ride at Mini & Mega Beasts! Join Graeme from GW Ecology at the Newtongrange Community Garden for a morning packed with creepy-crawly adventures, wiggly wonders, and beastly surprises both tiny and tremendous.

This is a “pay what you can” family event, so bring your curiosity. Kids must bring their grown-ups, and everyone should dress for whatever the Scottish skies decide to throw at us. Whether you’re a bug beginner or a beast buff, come ready to explore the wild world of garden critters—no magnifying glass required (but extra points if you bring one)!
