Paracise™ - 5-week Block - Bonnybridge

Paracise™ is a low impact, gentle but effective functional exercise to “fabulous” music class, which offers an entry point to the millions of people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise.



Ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It may be accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad backs etc.



Paracise™ follow the same formula so wherever you attend a class you can be confident it will be low impact, low intensity and have no floor work.



Dianne Inglis will be the facilitator for this class.



This is a 5-week block, starting on Monday 14th July 10.15-11am. It's £31.50 for the block, with a reduced rate available. Pick the price that best reflects your circumstances. It's also possible to drop in for £7 per session (separate booking link).

Dianne works with all fitness abilities she can tailor the class so everyone can get involved, she believes movement is key to better health and wellbeing, Paracise™ is for everyone!
