Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of your next step? This workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to pause and reflect. Together we’ll explore what it means to feel “stuck,” how acceptance can ease the pressure to force change, and how small, intentional shifts can create a big impact in your life.
You’ll leave with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and renewed energy to move forward with more clarity and ease.
This workshop also serves as an introduction to our in-depth mentorship programme, for those who’d like continued guidance and support.

This session will take place on Thursday 30th October 7.30-8.30pm in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge. It's £10 to come along, with a reduced rate available. Please pick the price that best reflects your circumstances.
You will probably want to bring a journal and pen. We'll be on chairs for this session, but if you prefer being on the ground you can use our yoga mats / cushions. Some people like to have a blanket with them for extra comfort.

Meet Your Facilitator:
Susie is the co-founder of Pause & Breathe - a social enterprise that prioritises making wellbeing fully accessible. She is an accredited Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qi Gong and Chair Yoga Facilitator and is just about to start training to teach Nia Dance.
Susie is passionate about creating safe spaces where participants can form connections and find community. She works with people to help them find self-acceptance, emotional balance and to get to know themselves better.
