Einführungsworkshop Xiang Wang Kung Fu

Xiang Wang Kung Fu verbindet traditionelle chinesische Kampfkunst mit moderner Selbstverteidigung.
In dieser Einführung wollen wir anhand von GRundtechnicken aus dem Stil unsere Fähigkeit zur Selbsverteidigung verbessern und sehen, wie man von traditioneller Technik zu praktischer Anwendung gelangt.
Wir trainieren in der Sporthalle der Nikolausschule in der Pützstrasse in Bonn Kessenich.
