Sole to Soul Donny's Cafe

Let's cruise around Bonita and beyond this week (and enjoy lovely coffee after). Meet and be ready to start at 7 a.m. at Donny's in Bonita.

I have both flat and hilly routes for you of any mileage from 3 on (including a really nice 6-mile uphill/downhill out and back). I'm going to do a 3-mile walk before Sunday's PB Half.

Training for something? Here are the mileages (if you need something special, please let me know by Friday morning)!

Tucson = 8 miles
Las Vegas = 12
Temecula/Thrive = 10
Holiday Half = 9
Carlsbad (WEEK 3) = 5
