Groove & Flow Ecstatic Dance Class

Groove & Flow is a guided dance experience where we move together—but no two dancers look the same.

Each song features 1–3 simple, easy-to-follow movements that unite the group in rhythm while giving you the space to express those moves in your own unique way.

There’s no choreography to learn, no steps to perfect—just intentional movement that feels good in your body.

We’ll journey through a wide variety of music styles—upbeat, soulful, playful, and grounding—designed to energize, release, and reconnect you to your joy.

Come as you are. Move how you feel.
It’s not about getting it right—it’s about feeling it fully.

No experience necessary!

All humans welcome - babies to elders and everyone in between!

👕 Wear comfortable clothing to move in and that you're not afraid to get dirty (we might end up on the ground!)
