An evening of Sunset, Sound, Self-Care

Join Laura & Johniece for a soul-nourishing evening designed to reconnect you with your inner calm and natural rhythm. As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather in sacred space to unwind and drop into presence through a guided Metta Loving Kindness Meditation, Yin Yoga with Reiki, and a deeply healing Sound Bath.

Let the colors of the sunset guide you into a state of peace as you’re bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. This experience is an invitation to release what no longer serves, ground into the present moment, and fill your cup through intention, breath, and stillness.

Perfect for anyone seeking rest, restoration, and a deeper connection to self. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and fully supported.
