Yoga at the Depot

Kayla Burkle and the City of Bondurant Parks and Recreation Department are partnering to bring you yoga classes this Summer and Fall.
These classes right down the street from the Bondurant Farmer's Market! The classes are from 6-6:45pm.
Dates:
May 14, May 28, June 11, June 25, July 9, July 23, August 13 (the Fall schedule will be announced in a separate event posting)

Flow Yoga is a 45 minute mind-body class that increases strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness through a flowing series of yoga postures. Through attention to breathing and yoga poses, participants have an opportunity to develop focus as well as relieve stress and tension.

This class is being taught by Kayla Burkle. Please bring a blanket or yoga mat with you to class. The cost is $5/person to be paid to Kayla (cash or Venmo) when you arrive.
