When you surrender into the space of being held you can truly let go and allow the collective energy expand you into new awareness and enable you to see the depth of your soul. In the light of our central altar, women gather and explore with fun, discussion and creativity - what it is to be women, to allow our emotions to be present as we journey into a new version of ourselves.

This month Circle on Thursday 29th May, we will be exploring the flow, reflection and power of Water. Of all the elements, this one has the capacity to change, reflect, empower and create stillness. We are going to be entering this space to find our connection to water.

What to Expect:
You will experience a safe space to be you. You will be held. You will be able to share or not and I will provide you with an opportunity to speak, journal, meditate and create.
What to Bring:
Yourself! and an open heart, a journal, pen and a water bottle.
Also please bring a token to represent YOUR WATER EXPERINCE and/or something precious to you that you can place in the altar to bring your energy in.
