Waverley Community Garden Open Day

Join us at the Waverley Community Garden Open Day and learn about Native Bees at our Native Bee talk and Hive Split from 11am. Get a tour of the garden enjoy us for a light lunch from 12.30pm. We'll also be having a talk on composting and worm farming at 2pm.

If you are interested in supporting biodiversity in the local area, thinking about getting your own stingless Native Beehive, or even just wanted to see inside a Tetragonula carbonaria beehive... come along at 11am to the Waverley Community Garden Open Day and learn all about how to encourage and support Native Bees in your garden, and how to care for a Stingless Native Beehive with our facilitator Natalie.

Watch as we split our garden stingless beehive to create a second hive for our local area. There might even be some exquisite native honey to taste!
