Jazz meets acoustic chemistry.
What happens when two musicians from different scenes, sounds, and backgrounds collide—live and without rehearsal?
From 28 June to 5 July, the Sonic Reactions series transforms everyday spaces in Bolzano into experimental sound labs. Seven newly formed duos—featuring acclaimed jazz artists from across Europe—meet for the first time and improvise in the moment, using the acoustics of each unique venue as a third instrument.
These spontaneous mini-concerts take place in record stores, bookstores, libraries, a yoga studio, and other unexpected settings—intimate, raw, and open to all.
