From Wednesday, August 20 to Friday, August 22, 2025, we invite you to join us on the Talvera meadows (near Piazzale Langer) for "Ricette Solari" – three days of culinary experimentation where you can share recipes and cooking techniques, enjoy flavours, and exchange knowledge, starting from hands-on experience with Fiumicina and thanks to the contributions of artist-cook Andrea d’Amore and TAB Take Away Bibliographies.
Over the three days, you’ll be invited to take part in preparing and cooking meals by bringing an ingredient suitable for a vegetarian dish, such as vegetables, herbs, fresh or dried fruits, eggs, cheese, or cooked legumes. Afterwards, we’ll gather for convivial moments where cooks, passers-by, and guests can taste the experimental recipes together (while supplies last).

"Ricette Solari" is the selected project that will activate Fiumicina, the solar kitchen on the river designed by Johanna Dehio, Mascha Fehse, and Johanna Padge, together with Lungomare, as part of FLUX – River Actions and Explorations.
The project is proposed by Andrea d’Amore (artist and cook), together with TAB Take Away Bibliographies (collective).
"Ricette Solari" will be launched on August 16 at the Danzare a Monte festival in Val di Fiemme, and will then arrive in Bolzano from August 20 to 22.
