swim for mum

in memory of my mum and to get back to being the water baby I was i am swimming 2 miles on mums birthday 28th April 2pm at Horwich leisure centre who are very kindly supporting me. All donations are going to forget me not dementia loss who split fundraising between dementia and alzheimer research ❤️ i will fight for my mum forever and get the disease cured 🧡💚❤️
