This soothing evening includes:

🪬 Oracle Card Pulls

Upon arrival, you'll be invited to select 2 oracle cards that call to you. These will serve as intuitive guidance that will be revealed at the end of the session for reflection and deeper insight.

🧘‍♀️ Healing Sound Bath + Meditation

Melt into your yoga mat and allow the healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls to wash over you. This immersive sound bath will help clear stagnant energy, balance your chakras, and bring you into a state of calm, clarity, and alignment.

🪷 Oracle Circle Share + Insight

We’ll close with a gentle circle where those who feel called can share their oracle card insights, messages and emotions. This is a beautiful way to anchor your healing and feel seen in a heart-centered community.

Yoga mats will be included. Please dress in layers as your body temperature may experience sensations of warmth and/or coldness.

Info: Intuitively choose 2 Oracle cards surrounding the sound bowls without looking at them. Place them next to your yoga mat and settle in as we begin our soothing guided meditation and sound bath.

Info: Melt into your yoga mat, close your eyes and breathe as you are guided through a soothing sound bath and meditation that enhances your vibration, body scans for any sensations, and protects you with light energy.

Info: Flip over your Oracle cards and share them with the group to see if any messages resonate with you either during the meditation or in general. Insight of the cards from me will also be provided.
