💪 Get Fit With Us! 🏋️‍♂️✨

Join us for a fun and supportive workout every Thursday from 1PM - 2PM, starting Thursday 6th March.
Each session includes:
✅ 30-minute class with a personal trainer
✅ 30 minutes to use the gym equipment
📍 Meet at MhIST reception at 12:45PM before we head over together.
