Evening Health Walk. (Monthly - Easy), from Bolton Train Station's Clock Tower.

Hi everyone,

Join me, once a month from Bolton train station's clock tower, which in turn is just next door to Bolton's main bus depot also, for our group's evening health walk.

For members driving, you can park for upto 3 hours for free, on the Sainsbury's car park also, just across the road from the train station too, which houses a Starbucks and Costa Coffee shop, as well.

In nicer months, when the weather's warm and the days are longer, I plan for us to go through the Queen's Park area of Bolton, however, when the nights draw in, we'll welcome well lit roadside walks, in and around the centre of Bolton instead.

May I recommend suitable clothing for the weather and comfortable footwear, at all times. Your welcome to bring a bottle of water and, as the nights draw in, a hand torch also.

Afterwards, we can call in somewhere for refreshments after too.
