Somatic Liberation with Alexandria Rae

In this workshop you’ll receive a vocal activation to ground you into your deepest truth and move through somatic practices that unplug you from systems of fear and doubt to see yourself and others through a clear loving lens.

Somatics is a modality of healing that speaks to your subconscious through movement and sensory awareness. Our bodies are basically libraries of past experiences, beliefs, and sensory memories that control most of our perceptions and feelings about life. So it is so necessary and important to learn this language when we want a new experience of life. In this workshop you’ll receive a mini lesson of how to weave somatics into your daily life and be guided through movement and vocal activation to release feelings of disempowerment and expand into feelings of freedom and open to receive more effortlessly.
