+ Design a vision for your youth development program aligned with your organization’s bigger goals and vision.
+ Establish and inspire volunteers and teams.
+ Build a sustainable budget and fund-raising plan.
+ Create marketing strategies for participants, volunteers, and donors.

Event includes 9 meals, all materials and instruction, optional evening activities, and 11 months of an on-going supportive mastermind group.
Lodging is not included, but discounts are available when booking bungalows or 5th wheels at Camp Margaritaville.
Registrants will be verified for the Academy. Your eligibility will be verified as a youth development organization, and you represent that organization listed.
An invoice will be emailed to be paid by the due date, after the verification is complete.
