Kunicki Bieg Reggae początkowo był imprezą towarzyszącą Festiwalowi Reggae nad Jeziorem, jednak urósł do rangi dużej imprezy sportowej o charakterze ogólnopolskim. Malownicze Jezioro Kunickie jest dla biegaczy atrakcyjną trasą biegową. Zawodnicy mają do wyboru trzy dystanse: 5, 10 km i od 2021 roku dystans – półmaratonu. Wszystkie trasy biegowe posiadają atesty Polskiego Związku Lekkiej Atletyki.
