BNAC has got Comrades legend, and Park Run SA founder, Bruce Fordyce offering tips and insights for tackling the last few weeks of training and what to expect at Comrades 2025. This is a must for EVERYONE running Comrades on 8 June and for ANYONE who has ambitions to run the Ultimate Human Race.
