Learn the basics of sourdough baking in this hands-on, beginner-friendly, creative workshop. Age 15+

One-day workshop: Saturday, August 30, 6:00pm - 7:30pm. $60.

In this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, you'll mix a simple dough, learn how to feed and care for your starter, and get a clear understanding of the sourdough process from beginning to end.

You’ll also have the chance to ask questions in a casual Q&A!

Please bring the following with you:
- Your mixing bowl of choice
- Apron (optional)

About your instructor:
Rachel has been a baker her whole life, and has spent the last several years mastering sourdough. Baking bread is second nature to Rachel, and she went from feeding her family and friends to feeding customers while managing a sourdough bakery in the Treasure Valley. She has taken a step back from professional baking to focus on her family, but still shares the art of sourdough by teaching others.
