Sound Bath

Lisa will be guiding us into deep relaxation and rest while we soak up the sounds of Crystal Bowls. All that is required of you is to show up and relax. Bring a yoga mat if you prefer to lay on the floor. Held in the EESystem room and reclining chairs are provided.
