Solo Technique & Conditioning with Zouk Boise

Join us for Zouk Boise’s weekly dance conditioning classes!

Open class: All levels of dancers are welcome, regardless of experience! This class is meant to accommodate newcomers and beginner dancers as well as intermediate and advanced dancers.

Each class is designed to strengthen our bodies in our dance journey. Class topic varies by week but we will focus on
- muscle strengthening
- body alignment
- body movement
- footwork patterns
- turn technique
- head movement

➡️ Cost: $10 per class
➡️ Time: Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00PM

‼️ We will include 15 min of social dance at the end of class! 🤩 (8pm-8:15pm)
