Option 1: Charcuterie Class + Wine
Get hands-on with a charcuterie styling class where you’ll build your own personal 10x10 board—perfectly arranged and ready to devour. Learn how to select cheeses, pair flavors, style like a pro, and even create the ever-popular salami rose! Your experience includes two glasses of local wine including featured winery: Telaya Wine Co. (or a crafted mocktail if you prefer). Class taught by Leah from Fig & Olive.
Option 2: Whiskey Class
Enjoy a guided whiskey tasting flight featuring all seven types of whiskey—from bourbon to rye to Scotch and beyond. Explore the distinct flavor profiles of each pour, then wrap up the experience by selecting your favorite to enjoy as a full cocktail. Light charcuterie will be provided to complement the tasting. Class taught by Dani from Boise Bartenders.

Tickets are $100 per couple and include all tastings, classes, and materials. Single tickets will be released on Sunday, July 27th should space permit.
