Senior Citizens/Medicare for Exercise Classes Intro Hour

Any Senior Citizens on Medicare can use their Fitness Benefits to come exercise and get stronger, more balanced and fall-proof, flexible, and mentally quicker and sharper.

Be around other active Senior Citizens for fellow- and friendship in our dedicated Seniors class on site at the gym, at this same day and hour (Tuesdays at 1045).

Get stronger with us and slow down and improve your Osteopenia and Osteoporosis diagnoses.

Feel more confident moving about your life, and not be anxious walking, and concerned about falling and injuring yourself.

Also, get help improving your overall Health through Nutrition guidance!

If you see that the class day and time and offering fits, then we can sign you up on the spot using your Medicare plan!
